RESERVATIONS

To begin your adventure of a lifetime complete the registration and waiver and release forms below and return to us either electronically or by U.S. mail along with your payment.

High Desert Adventures tours include all meals and lodging. Tours depart from and return to a staging area twenty minutes east of Bend, Oregon. We meet at 7:30 am, conduct a safety and information meeting at 8:30 am, and are riding by 9 am on the first day. The ride ends in the late afternoon of the last day. Use of an off-road backpack/hydropack and two way radio and headset are included in the tour. Each adventurer will be provided an itemized list of what to bring (and not bring) prior to the ride based on years of trail-tested experience.

A fifty percent (50%) non-refundable transferable deposit is required to make a reservation with the balance due within 30 days of the adventure date. If your plans change you may apply your deposit to a future ride.

Waiver and Release Form
By submitting this document, I represent that I am fully knowledgeable concerning the danger and hazards associated with riding motorcycles. I certify that I am competent to operate a motorcycle in a safe manner, and that the vehicle I use on tour is well prepared and in safe operating condition. I am solely responsible to determine the speed and operational characteristics of my motorcycle while participating in the tour. I hereby release and hold harmless Gregory A. Munn, High Desert Adventures, LLC, and any staff members of the company against any and all claims, causes of action, or any other liability of any kind arising from my activity of touring by motorcycle. I certify that I have no known physical or mental impairment that may affect my safety or the safety of the group. I understand that the choice wearing protective gear is solely my own and that I am responsible for my compliance with all state laws. I understand that High Desert Adventures, LLC accepts no responsibility for loss of or damage to my personal belongings including my motorcycle. Further, I certify that I am not under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other drug that may impair my understanding or judgment and that I will not at any time during the tour operate my motorcycle under the influence of any narcotic, alcohol, or other drug.
